Ceramic Eye Wall Hanging

Handbuilt from a blush clay body, The eye is hand-carved and finished with terra sigilatta, an extra refined Clay slip, which is burnished before firing to yield a soft leathery sheen to the surface. The tassel is handmade with 100 % silk yarn, embellished with a selection of brass beads and rose quartz. The ceramic eye measures 4” x 2“ 1/2 X 13“.
